Job Description
Lead talent acquisition for a publicly traded financial services organization in a highly regulated setting.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting from requisition intake through offer acceptance
- Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to define hiring needs and shape recruiting strategies
- Source, engage, and attract passive talent using a range of recruiting channels
- Recruit for professional and corporate roles from entry-level through Director-level
- Perform resume reviews, screenings, coordinate interviews, and support candidate evaluations
- Share market intelligence and hiring insights with internal stakeholders
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring demands
- Support process improvement efforts and recruiting-related projects
- Ensure recruiting activities align with company policies, employment laws, and recruiting best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience managing a high-volume requisition workload
- Strong skills in sourcing and engaging passive candidates
- Experience recruiting professional, corporate, or business-facing positions
- Ability to influence and advise hiring managers through each stage of the process
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications
