Job Description

Alliant Insurance Services is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner II to support hiring across a portfolio of roles. This remote position focuses on end-to-end recruiting, partnering with hiring managers on talent needs, and maintaining a consistent, efficient hiring process.

Role Summary

The Talent Acquisition Partner II will manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions with minimal oversight. The role will develop and execute sourcing and recruiting strategies, support hiring decisions through consultative guidance, and ensure an efficient, high-quality candidate experience from initial contact through pre-hire activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of requisitions, ensuring roles are approved and managed through the hiring process with minimal oversight.
  • Partner with hiring managers to intake roles, align on candidate profiles, and develop recruiting and interview strategies.
  • Develop, execute, and refine sourcing strategies to build high-quality candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Maintain accurate applicant tracking data throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide consultative guidance to hiring managers and leadership to influence hiring decisions and ensure alignment with recruiting processes and best practices.
  • Manage the candidate experience end-to-end, including interview coordination, feedback collection, offer process support, and pre-hire activities.
  • Conduct initial phone screens or in-person interviews as required.
  • Expand sourcing efforts using online platforms, networking, and other recruiting tools and channels.
  • Mentor or provide guidance to junior team members as needed.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance recruiting efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Perform all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures and with applicable federal, state, and local laws in jurisdictions where the company operates.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Four (4) or more years of related work experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work within a team and to foster teamwork.
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Good planning, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

Compensation and Location

  • Location: Remote
  • Salary Range: USD 80,000 - 85,000 per year
