Job Description
Alliant Insurance Services is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner II to support hiring across a portfolio of roles. This remote position focuses on end-to-end recruiting, partnering with hiring managers on talent needs, and maintaining a consistent, efficient hiring process.
Role Summary
The Talent Acquisition Partner II will manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions with minimal oversight. The role will develop and execute sourcing and recruiting strategies, support hiring decisions through consultative guidance, and ensure an efficient, high-quality candidate experience from initial contact through pre-hire activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of requisitions, ensuring roles are approved and managed through the hiring process with minimal oversight.
- Partner with hiring managers to intake roles, align on candidate profiles, and develop recruiting and interview strategies.
- Develop, execute, and refine sourcing strategies to build high-quality candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking data throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide consultative guidance to hiring managers and leadership to influence hiring decisions and ensure alignment with recruiting processes and best practices.
- Manage the candidate experience end-to-end, including interview coordination, feedback collection, offer process support, and pre-hire activities.
- Conduct initial phone screens or in-person interviews as required.
- Expand sourcing efforts using online platforms, networking, and other recruiting tools and channels.
- Mentor or provide guidance to junior team members as needed.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance recruiting efficiency and effectiveness.
- Perform all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures and with applicable federal, state, and local laws in jurisdictions where the company operates.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Four (4) or more years of related work experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work within a team and to foster teamwork.
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
- Good planning, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Good presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
Compensation and Location
- Location: Remote
- Salary Range: USD 80,000 - 85,000 per year
