Responsibilities
- Support Cleveland Clinic and Talent Acquisition objectives, ensuring recruitment efforts align with quality metrics and organizational goals.
- Collaborate across teams and departments to advance recruitment initiatives and reduce vacancy rates by sourcing and hiring quality candidates.
- Contribute to the execution of recruitment plans within assigned areas, applying innovative and effective strategies to attract skilled caregivers.
- Oversee the candidate pipeline, drive the offer process, conduct pre-close activities, and support ongoing sourcing and pipelining in line with SLA.
- Ensure compliance across the recruitment lifecycle, including position approvals, postings, sourcing, interviewing, candidate and hiring leader experience, and ATS management.
- Report on recruitment progress, metrics and pipeline development with support from the Talent Acquisition Advisor.
- Develop and monitor quality metrics to evaluate recruitment effectiveness and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to promote teamwork, consistency and process improvements throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Participate in Level 1 Tiered Huddle sessions.
- Serve as an internal consultant to enterprise managers, offering guidance on staffing, training and policies related to Talent Acquisition and HR Recruitment.
- Support recruitment efforts at events and community activities to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Demonstrate proficiency with the systems and technology required to ensure efficient recruitment operations and compliance.
- Track and prepare timely reports on new caregiver status, including appointment readiness, attendance, missing documents and clearance requirements.
- Provide accurate and timely communication with candidates and new caregivers to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
- Engage in cross-team collaboration to support organizational initiatives and maintain consistent recruitment practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field plus two years of experience in human resources, recruitment or related Cleveland Clinic experience with a focus on sales orientation, customer service, idea generation/innovation and leveraging networks.
- Or associate degree with four years of experience, or high school diploma/GED with six years of experience.
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills and a proven customer service mindset.
- Superior organizational and analytical abilities with keen attention to detail and quality; able to generate pragmatic solutions that meet Cleveland Clinic standards.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, the Workday applicant tracking system, CRM and other recruitment tools.
- Experience handling confidential Human Resources matters.

Physical requirements
- Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.
- Ability to travel throughout the hospital system, with potential travel to other locations and international travel for some roles.

- In some locations, ability to move up to 25 lbs.

Pay range
Minimum annual salary: $57,510.00
Maximum annual salary: $87,697.50
The posted pay range reflects the anticipated range for new hires. Actual compensation will consider work history, experience, skill set and education. The pay range does not include the value of Cleveland Clinic’s benefits package (e.g., healthcare, dental and vision).
