Talent Acquisition Manager

Medcura Health Inc is hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager in Stone Mountain, GA (onsite) to own full-cycle recruiting and strengthen sourcing to support long-term workforce stability.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for provider, executive, senior management, and administrative roles.
• Build and maintain sourcing pipelines using residency programs, dental and allied health schools, professional associations, and mission-aligned networks.
• Manage locum and placement agency partnerships, including contracts and spend oversight.
• Partner with the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and clinical leadership to support candidate quality, cultural fit, and organizational readiness.
• Develop sourcing strategies that align hiring with organizational goals for growth and workforce stability.
• Track recruitment metrics and refine recruiting and sourcing processes based on performance.
• Stay current on talent acquisition trends and healthcare staffing best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in healthcare or a comparable industry.
• Strong capability in network development, including engagement with educational institutions, professional associations, and mission-aligned networks.
• Demonstrated relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze recruitment data and develop targeted strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly desirable: knowledge of healthcare staffing, locum tenens, and agency management.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
