Talent Acquisition Partner

Newport Healthcare is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead recruiting efforts for assigned markets from an onsite base in Brooklyn Park, MN.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain partnerships with local leadership, HR business partners, and hiring managers to align on workforce needs and recruiting strategy
• Own full-cycle recruiting, including intake meetings, sourcing strategy, screening, interviewing, offer development, negotiation, and onboarding coordination
• Advise hiring managers as a recruiting partner by sharing recruiting best practices, labor market trends, compensation competitiveness guidance, and support for selection decisions
• Partner with the Talent Sourcing Specialist to create and strengthen pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles
• Coach hiring managers on interviewing techniques, selection practices, and employment compliance to support consistent, high-quality hiring
• Represent Newport Healthcare at community events, professional associations, colleges, job fairs, and networking opportunities to increase employer brand awareness

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience or equivalent professional experience, ideally supporting full life-cycle recruiting in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Preferred background: Experience in behavioral health or healthcare
• Location and travel: Ability to spend one day per week onsite and travel as needed; valid driver’s license required
• Strong analytical, research, and organization skills; working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment processes
• Ability to build constructive, effective relationships with people inside and outside the organization
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on candidate experience, including timely outreach, consistent status updates, and diplomacy and tact

Compensation

• Annual salary: USD 70,000 - 101,000 per yearly (source range also references $70,000 to $100,000 annually)
