Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Partner leads full-cycle recruitment for technical roles within the Aeronautics division, partnering with hiring managers to develop strategies, build pipelines, and deliver a positive candidate experience. This contract role emphasizes strategic collaboration, pipeline development, and stakeholder alignment to support organizational growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial sourcing to offer finalization
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to identify staffing needs and craft recruiting strategies
  • Facilitate intake conversations and strategy sessions to define role requirements and hiring expectations
  • Develop and sustain talent pipelines via proactive sourcing, networking, and ongoing relationship management
  • Assess candidates for technical proficiency, cultural fit, and potential long-term success
  • Provide guidance on interview techniques, candidate evaluation, and selection decisions
  • Deliver market insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and recruiting challenges
  • Monitor and report recruitment metrics and progress to leadership
  • Ensure adherence to recruiting processes, policies, and documentation standards
  • Maintain precise candidate and requisition data in ATS systems
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth candidate experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of Talent Acquisition experience; or a minimum of 6 years of Talent Acquisition experience in lieu of a degree
  • Experience recruiting technical professionals across engineering disciplines such as Systems Engineering
  • Experience recruiting technical professionals across engineering disciplines such as Software Engineering
  • Experience recruiting technical professionals across engineering disciplines such as Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience recruiting technical professionals across engineering disciplines such as Electrical Engineering
  • Experience recruiting technical professionals across engineering disciplines such as Aerospace Engineering
  • Experience recruiting for business, operations, production, manufacturing, or supply chain roles
  • Experience using Workday Recruiting, Eightfold, or similar Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance
