Talent Acquisition Manager

The Talent Acquisition Manager for Pyramid Global Hospitality will oversee end-to-end recruitment for South Seas Island Resort in Captiva, FL, partnering with resort leaders and HR to support service-focused hiring across every department.

Role Summary

This position leads recruitment strategies and hiring operations to help the resort attract, hire, and retain exceptional hospitality talent across Front Office, Housekeeping, Recreation, Food & Beverage, Culinary, Engineering, and Leadership roles. The role works closely with department heads, HR leadership, and the resort’s executive team to maintain a seamless, service-driven hiring experience aligned with the resort’s brand, culture, and guest-service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment strategies and hiring operations for South Seas Island Resort.
• Support hiring and retention efforts across all departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Recreation, Food & Beverage, Culinary, Engineering, and Leadership roles.
• Partner with department heads, HR leadership, and the resort’s executive team to deliver a seamless, service-oriented hiring process that reflects the resort’s brand, culture, and guest-service standards.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet staffing needs for seasonal, full-time, part-time, and on-call roles.
• Forecast hiring needs based on business levels, seasonal demand, and operational priorities.
• Build strong partnerships with resort leadership to understand workforce planning and identify talent gaps.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the resort’s service culture to support candidate alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition; 3–5 years preferred, preferably in hospitality or resort environments.
• Strong interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
• Experience with Workday or a similar ATS platform.
• Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment compliance.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and a service-oriented mindset.

Location and Work Setup

Location: Captiva, FL 33924 (onsite). This is not a remote position.
