Talent Recruiter

Join a luxury hospitality team in Princeville, HI and help shape a recruitment process built for quality, consistency, and strong candidate experiences. This onsite role focuses on attracting and hiring talent that supports property staffing needs while reinforcing 1 Hotels Vision and Brand Pillars. Salary range: $75,000 to $85,000 per year.

What you’ll do

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator leads and manages the full recruitment lifecycle for the property. You will partner directly with department leaders to anticipate staffing requirements, ensure openings are filled with the right people, and maintain a professional, engaging experience for candidates from first contact through hiring.

A key part of the role is building a strong, diverse pipeline aligned with 1 Hotels Vision and Brand Pillars. You will work to attract both experienced leadership talent and hourly team members, maintaining momentum across priorities in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle for the property
• Partner closely with department leaders to anticipate staffing needs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred)
• Minimum 4–6 years of progressive recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably within hospitality, luxury service, or high-volume environments
• Experience recruiting both hourly and leadership roles
• Experience with an HRIS and recruitment analytics
• Strong understanding of employment laws and fair hiring practices
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
• Proven ability to build relationships with leaders, candidates, and external partners
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms
• Flexible schedule to meet the demands of a 24-hour hospitality operation, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
