Talent Acquisition Manager

STL offers a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Manager/Recruiter role in Oshkosh, WI that supports qualified hiring outcomes and a thoughtful candidate experience. The position includes competitive annual pay of $40,000 to $50,000 and comprehensive coverage through health, dental, vision, and life insurance, plus paid time off and a 401(k) with matching.

What you’ll do

In this role, you will collaborate with job seekers, Business Development Managers, and client companies to identify talent for the right positions. You will also support candidates after placement by maintaining an organized, positive experience through the hiring journey and into the client interview stage.

• Identify and build relationships with candidates using networking and recruiting or sourcing tools
• Screen and interview candidates to confirm qualifications for current open positions
• Share job opportunities with qualified candidates and negotiate pay rates and contract terms
• Coach candidates through the client interview process to support readiness and clarity
• Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads

What you bring

• Bachelor’s Degree with a business-related field
• Or 3+ years of relevant experience

Experience with tools

You should be comfortable working with Microsoft Office and any recruiting or talent systems or software you used in prior roles.
