Talent Acquisition Manager

This hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager role owns sourcing and recruiting execution for sales talent across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

• Source in-home sales reps, canvassers, and sales leaders across company markets using the appropriate channels for each role
• Build and manage sourcing pathways including job boards, referrals, campus programs, and veteran programs
• Conduct targeted searches for defined roles to identify and reach out to specific candidates rather than relying on inbound applicants
• Screen candidates and advance qualified prospects to sales leaders for subsequent hiring steps
• Partner with hiring managers on process and decisions, including timely follow-ups on feedback
• Deliver a responsive, professional candidate experience from application through start
• Track recruiting performance on a weekly basis, including outreach, screens, interviews, offers, and starts

Requirements

• Proven recruiting experience for commission-based, in-home sales reps in home improvement or a related industry such as solar, pest control, alarms, or D2D (must be familiar with rep profiles, compensation structures, and where this talent is found)
• Demonstrated hunter mindset focused on finding talent proactively instead of waiting on applications
• Interest in building recruiting structure and process, since this role is the first recruiting hire and will help shape how it operates

• Work model: Full-time
• Base salary: $75,000–$120,000 per year (depending on experience)
• Office: Woodland Hills / Canoga Park, CA
