Job Description

RedSail Technologies, LLC offers a comprehensive benefits package and a hybrid work model in Spartanburg, SC. The compensation for this role ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year. As the organization’s talent acquisition subject matter expert, this role leads all facets of recruiting, partnering with business leaders and HR to attract, assess, and hire top talent while ensuring a smooth, high-quality experience for candidates and hiring teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for openings, from intake meetings and job postings to sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer development, and onboarding transition.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and craft recruiting strategies aligned with team and organizational goals.
  • Work with hiring managers to prioritize openings, establish search plans, and drive timely, high quality hiring decisions.
  • Source active and passive candidates through job boards, networking, social platforms, referrals, and additional channels.
  • Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and evaluate qualifications, experience, and overall fit for the role and organization.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications, and interview logistics to sustain a positive candidate and hiring team experience.
  • Facilitate interview debriefs, help leaders evaluate candidates, gather feedback, and make informed hiring decisions.
  • Prepare and present offers in partnership with leadership and HR, managing candidate communications through acceptance and pre-employment steps.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records in the applicant tracking system and document recruiting activity appropriately.
  • Monitor recruiting performance with key metrics such as pipeline activity, time-to-fill, candidate conversion rates, source effectiveness, and hiring manager satisfaction; provide updates and recommendations to improve outcomes.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for key and repeat roles to support ongoing and future hiring needs.
  • Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives through outreach, networking, events, social media engagement, and candidate relationship management.
  • Evaluate and manage relationships with recruiting agencies, search firms, and vendors to optimize results.
  • Promote equitable and inclusive hiring practices and ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on talent market conditions, recruiting strategies, and best practices; align recruiting activity with workforce plans.
  • Provide guidance to leaders and HR partners throughout the hiring process, including intake, selection, offers, and hiring decisions.
  • Create and maintain recruiting processes, documentation, templates, and training materials to support a consistent hiring experience.
  • Develop and deliver interview training for leaders and hiring teams.
  • Partner with the broader HR team on talent initiatives, projects, and process improvements.
  • Administer and steward the applicant tracking system, ensuring data integrity, process consistency, and effective use.
  • Develop recruiting metrics, trends, and workforce insights to support business decisions.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and AI-enabled recruiting tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain and continually improve recruiting processes, templates, interview guides, and hiring resources.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting across technical, corporate, customer-facing, and operational functions.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, or equivalent.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze data and influence decisions.
  • Solid knowledge of employment laws and regulations, confidentiality considerations, and business sensitivities.
  • Professional and effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Effective negotiation, conflict management, problem-solving abilities, and diplomatic approach.
  • Strong consultative and stakeholder management capabilities with the ability to influence leaders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to interpret recruiting data and use analytics to drive hiring decisions and process improvements.
  • Experience recruiting across technical, corporate, customer-facing, and operational functions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities concurrently.
  • Proficiency with recruiting technologies, sourcing tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion with ethical work values.
