Job Description
Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, a business-facing recruiter within Silent-Aire, a Johnson Controls division, is based onsite in Gilbert, AZ. This role manages the full recruitment lifecycle for North America and partners with stakeholders through clear, collaborative communication.
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, guiding them through sourcing, evaluation, and offers within the recruiting cycle
- Leverage Power BI to track and report key recruitment metrics, evaluating effectiveness and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Oversee candidate communications at the offer stage to deliver a high-touch, professional experience
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to continually refine recruitment strategies
- Keep applicant tracking records accurate and up-to-date in Workday
- Apply a range of AI tools to streamline tasks such as drafting job descriptions, scheduling interviews, and analyzing candidate data to boost efficiency and consistency
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Johnson Controls values and culture during candidate interactions
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Spanish to ensure clear, inclusive communication
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
- Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, with emphasis on interview facilitation, stakeholder management, and offer negotiation
- Experience recruiting for high-volume manufacturing roles is preferred but not required
- Proven success using data and partnering with business leaders to drive hiring outcomes and improve processes
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems; experience with Workday or similar platforms preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
