Job Description

Based in San Francisco, this onsite senior role offers a compensation range of $120,000 to $150,000 per year. You will lead and scale full cycle recruiting across multiple roles and industries, providing strategic oversight of performance, hiring strategy, and team development. The position emphasizes mentorship, cross-functional collaboration, and data-informed decision making to deliver high quality candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Guide and develop a team of recruiters to meet hiring goals while sustaining strong performance, accountability, and quality candidate delivery.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and onboarding support.
  • Provide practical guidance on search strategy, candidate qualification, and effective hiring manager communication to improve placements.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand workforce needs and craft targeted recruiting plans.
  • Design and implement advanced sourcing approaches such as passive outreach, market mapping, pipeline development, and referral programs.
  • Track key metrics like time to hire, pipeline health, candidate submissions, interviews, and placements to optimize performance.
  • Streamline recruiting workflows, processes, and candidate experience across the talent acquisition lifecycle.
  • Maintain relationships with job boards, recruiting platforms, and sourcing tools to maximize candidate generation and efficiency.
  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning, hiring forecasts, and capacity management for recruiting.
  • Stay current on recruiting trends, compensation benchmarks, labor market conditions, and new recruiting technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Talent Acquisition, or a related field, or equivalent professional recruiting experience.
  • At least seven years in full cycle recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing, with a minimum of three years leading a recruiting team.
  • Proven track record of leading recruiting teams and delivering successful hires in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed, plus modern sourcing tools.
  • Strong knowledge of modern sourcing approaches including passive candidate outreach, market mapping, talent pipelines, and candidate engagement.
  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and business leaders.
  • Ability to manage multiple open requisitions and competing priorities while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
