Job Description

Talnt is seeking a Senior Recruiter to oversee the recruitment function and drive full-cycle hiring across diverse roles and industries. This onsite Chicago, IL position leads and develops a recruiting team, implements strategic sourcing, and partners with leadership on workforce planning. The annual compensation ranges from $100,000 to $140,000 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a recruiting team to meet hiring objectives and sustain high performance.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, hiring managers, and clients to understand needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Design and implement strategic sourcing to attract top talent, including passive candidates.
  • Track key recruitment metrics, analyze data, and report progress to leadership.
  • Ensure adherence to employment laws, hiring regulations, and company policies.
  • Drive continuous improvements in recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience.
  • Oversee vendor relationships, job boards, and recruitment technology platforms to maximize effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with leadership to forecast staffing needs and support workforce planning initiatives.
  • Stay informed on market trends, salary benchmarks, and innovations in talent acquisition.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other job boards.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, market mapping, and advanced sourcing techniques.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing recruitment teams and achieving hiring goals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
