Overview
Our client, a well-established financial services firm based in Manhattan, seeks a Senior Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruitment across a range of business areas within a hybrid work arrangement, with a focus on attracting top talent in the financial services sector.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles, including front-office, operations, and corporate functions
- Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to define staffing needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies
- Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates through direct sourcing, networking, and referrals
- Screen candidates and guide the interview process from initial outreach through offer stage
- Maintain and build strong talent pipelines, particularly within financial services
- Provide market insights, compensation guidance, and recruitment metrics to stakeholders
- Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience while juggling multiple active searches
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within financial services, banking, or related industries
- Strong track record recruiting across a variety of roles and levels
- Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates
- Experience managing a high volume of requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Taleo, iCIMS) and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently while effectively prioritizing competing demands

- Salary: $115,000 - $125,000 base
