This hybrid role, based in Gahanna, OH 43230, offers a salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year. Responsibilities

Note: Approximately 10 percent of the role is dedicated to HR administrative tasks and related projects.

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for professional, management, and select leadership roles
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leaders to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and team needs
  • Design and execute sourcing strategies, including direct outreach on LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and market research
  • Identify and engage passive candidates for specialized and leadership positions
  • Screen applicants, conduct initial interviews, and assess experience, skills, and overall fit
  • Coordinate interview processes, gather feedback, and support timely hiring decisions
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates throughout the process
  • Support offer discussions and assist with compensation alignment in partnership with HR and leadership
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate notes, pipeline updates, and reporting
  • Assist with HR administrative tasks, requisition tracking, posting jobs, interview scheduling, offer documentation, and onboarding coordination as needed
  • Support HR-related administration, reporting, and talent projects as assigned
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably including professional, management, or upper leadership-level roles
  • Experience sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other recruiting tools
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers or senior stakeholders
  • Strong interviewing, assessment, and candidate management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with HRIS/ATS systems, Dayforce ATS preferred
  • HR certification is an asset
  • Willingness and eligibility to travel occasionally
  • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
  • Professional judgment and discretion when handling confidential information
  • Relationship management and stakeholder support
  • Organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and meet competing deadlines
  • Adaptability and willingness to support broader HR needs
