Responsibilities
Note: Approximately 10 percent of the role is dedicated to HR administrative tasks and related projects.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for professional, management, and select leadership roles
- Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leaders to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and team needs
- Design and execute sourcing strategies, including direct outreach on LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and market research
- Identify and engage passive candidates for specialized and leadership positions
- Screen applicants, conduct initial interviews, and assess experience, skills, and overall fit
- Coordinate interview processes, gather feedback, and support timely hiring decisions
- Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates throughout the process
- Support offer discussions and assist with compensation alignment in partnership with HR and leadership
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate notes, pipeline updates, and reporting
- Assist with HR administrative tasks, requisition tracking, posting jobs, interview scheduling, offer documentation, and onboarding coordination as needed
- Support HR-related administration, reporting, and talent projects as assigned
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably including professional, management, or upper leadership-level roles
- Experience sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other recruiting tools
- Experience partnering with hiring managers or senior stakeholders
- Strong interviewing, assessment, and candidate management skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with HRIS/ATS systems, Dayforce ATS preferred
- HR certification is an asset
- Willingness and eligibility to travel occasionally
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
- Professional judgment and discretion when handling confidential information
- Relationship management and stakeholder support
- Organization and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and meet competing deadlines
