Senior Human Resources Recruiter

InnoSource is hiring a Senior Human Resources Recruiter in Dublin, OH (onsite). This role combines full-cycle recruiting ownership with meaningful candidate coaching, within a team environment that values results and collaboration. Responsibilities

• Build real relationships with client companies by learning their teams and culture so you can identify who will thrive there
• Source exceptional talent, including hidden gems who may not be actively job-hunting
• Own the full recruiting process from first contact to signed offer: source, screen, interview, close
• Coach candidates through major career transitions, taking pride in helping them land the right next step
• Use your sourcing and closing playbook, refining your approach to sourcing, pipeline management, and closing while contributing to the team’s methods
• Partner with a team that celebrates wins and steps in to support hitting shared recruiting goals

Requirements

• At least 4 years of recruiting experience, with a record of consistently hitting or exceeding placement goals
• Bachelor’s degree
• Proven ability to run a full-cycle desk independently, from sourcing through close
• Strong rapport-building skills with a talent for getting honest conversations
• Big ambition and a genuine drive to keep growing your career
