Responsibilities

Note: Approximately 10 percent of the role is dedicated to HR administrative tasks and related projects.

Lead end-to-end recruitment for professional, management, and select leadership roles
Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leaders to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and team needs
Design and execute sourcing strategies, including direct outreach on LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and market research
Identify and engage passive candidates for specialized and leadership positions
Screen applicants, conduct initial interviews, and assess experience, skills, and overall fit
Coordinate interview processes, gather feedback, and support timely hiring decisions
Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates throughout the process
Support offer discussions and assist with compensation alignment in partnership with HR and leadership
Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate notes, pipeline updates, and reporting
Assist with HR administrative tasks, requisition tracking, posting jobs, interview scheduling, offer documentation, and onboarding coordination as needed
Support HR-related administration, reporting, and talent projects as assigned
Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience

Requirements

Bachelor's degree
5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably including professional, management, or upper leadership-level roles
Experience sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other recruiting tools
Experience partnering with hiring managers or senior stakeholders
Strong interviewing, assessment, and candidate management skills
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience with HRIS/ATS systems, Dayforce ATS preferred
HR certification is an asset
Willingness and eligibility to travel occasionally
Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
Professional judgment and discretion when handling confidential information
Relationship management and stakeholder support
Organization and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and meet competing deadlines
Adaptability and willingness to support broader HR needs
