Recruiting & Staffing Coordinator Youth Sport
Job Description
Manage end-to-end recruiting and workforce operations for youth sports coaching and staffing across multiple markets.
Responsibilities
- Lead hiring for coaches, interns, volunteers, virtual assistants, and full-time staff
- Manage job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and ongoing hiring pipelines
- Run onboarding, training, evaluations, and support retention
- Handle corrective actions and dismissals in a professional manner
- Own recruiting and operational workflows using Indeed, CareerPlug, Monday.com, and Connecteam
- Support expansion into new sports programs across markets
- Coordinate and maintain communication across departments to keep hiring and onboarding on track
Requirements
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple hiring priorities
- Strong communicator who can coordinate across teams
- Independent and proactive working style
- Experienced in recruiting
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Skilled with hiring tools and AI
- Motivated by mission-driven work

Compensation: USD 50,000 - 55,000 per year
