Job Description
Amazon’s AUTA Field Recruiting team in Nashville is hiring a Recruiter focused on early career talent. In this onsite role, you will support sourcing, assessment, and closing for university-related hiring, working closely with full lifecycle recruiters and key stakeholders to meet customer service expectations.
As a client lead for supported groups, you will help shape scalable recruiting strategy through candidate generation and structured planning, including tracking and process improvements aligned with Amazon’s focus on delivering high-quality outcomes for customers.
Role Responsibilities
- Partner with full lifecycle recruiters, industry hiring teams, and other stakeholders to build an early career talent strategy.
- Develop recruiting plans that include deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process designed to scale.
- Build and refine sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches for early career candidates.
- Establish and maintain a network of potential candidates using proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
- Create recruiting strategies that support long-range growth, implement new processes, and develop standard operating procedures consistent with Amazon’s mission.
- Articulate plans in writing, including deliverables, timelines, and formal tracking methods.
- Facilitate candidate interview events.
- Support special projects and recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of progressive recruiting or research experience in a corporate environment or a search firm.
- Bachelor’s degree, or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience.
- Experience implementing end-to-end recruiting strategies, including employer branding and interview process optimization.
- Experience using CTS/ATS for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships.
- Experience contributing to the creation and implementation of high-quality, high-volume recruiting plans.
- Experience in progressive corporate or search firm recruiting with a focus on passive engineering candidate generation in a high-tech market.

- Location: Nashville, TN (onsite)
- Salary: USD 50,900 - 99,100 per year
- Minimum Experience: 2 years
