Recruiter

Options Staffing 360 LLC is hiring a Recruiter to support hiring needs across a full recruiting cycle, from candidate sourcing through onboarding. This hybrid role in Plymouth, MI centers on delivering talent acquisition outcomes while partnering closely with HR, hiring managers, and campus recruiting efforts.

The position supports both proactive outreach and structured selection, including high-volume engagement with passive candidates. The compensation package includes a salary plus uncapped commission (bonus).

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Use recruiting platforms and tools, including ATS systems.
• Conduct technical recruiting for specialized positions and executive roles in alignment with company needs.
• Participate in campus recruitment initiatives to attract emerging talent.
• Build and maintain relationships with travel staff and hiring managers to support strategic talent management solutions.
• Apply negotiation strategies to secure top talent while ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws.
• Use social media management techniques to support employer branding and candidate outreach.
• Perform high-volume cold calling to source and engage passive candidates and develop talent pipelines for open roles.
• Collaborate with HR teams on succession planning, training and development initiatives, and employee relations matters.
• Research industry trends to strengthen recruiting strategies and improve the candidate experience.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of recruiting or staffing experience; healthcare staffing experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated approach with a team-oriented mindset.
• Comfort working in a hybrid setup.
