Recruiter/Onsite

iLink Business Management, Inc. is seeking an Onsite Recruiter in Torrance, CA to support hiring across manufacturing, production, and logistics teams. This full-time role combines end-to-end recruiting with ongoing associate support, including candidate communications, documentation, and onsite workforce needs.

Role Overview

The Onsite Recruiter will acquire qualified employees and coordinate key hiring and onboarding activities. Responsibilities also include managing active associates, responding to staffing and payroll-related questions, maintaining employee records, and supporting employee recognition efforts through coordinated events.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, screen, recruit, and interview potential candidates
• Review and analyze resumes
• Complete new-hire paperwork with candidates who meet job expectations
• Attend and schedule job fairs
• Conduct drug screens
• Conduct background checks
• On-board and train new employees
• Oversee all active associates, addressing staffing needs and payroll questions
• Maintain company culture, values, and policies
• Provide management with requested reports and documents
• Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
• Accurately maintain employee files
• Contact and communicate with customers via email and phone
• Handle inbound and outbound calls
• Collect time and submit to payroll
• Meet the needs and questions of current and future employees

Requirements

• Bilingual communication is required: English and Spanish
• Experience: 1 year required for On-site and 1-2 years required for onsite recruiting background
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work overtime and some weekends with a flexible schedule
• Must have own vehicle

Schedule and Work Conditions

• Full-time
• Work location: One location, in person
• Shift: 8 hour shift, day shift (5 AM to 3 PM plus OT as needed)
• Weekly day range: Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability: at times

Compensation

• Pay range: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
• Salary: $22 - 24 per hourly (DOE)
