Recruiter

Velopower Inc. is seeking a recruiter to scale the team this year, owning end-to-end hiring and driving candidate engagement across both sales and nonsales roles within a fast-growing startup.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire hiring process (sourcing, updating candidate pipeline, coordinating interviews, setting expectations, etc.) while maintaining excellent candidate experience
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified passive candidates
• Act as a trusted partner and advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance and support throughout the hiring process
• Develop and execute strategies to improve candidate closing processes
• Track and report on key recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Develop and refine interview loops, questions, and competencies to align with company goals and values

Requirements

• Proven record of full-time experience in sales, customer success, business development, growth, or another role that required proactively creating opportunities rather than waiting for them
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and make informed decisions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong organizational and time management skills
