Job Description

AAA USA Inc is seeking a dedicated Recruiter to oversee end-to-end talent acquisition for internal roles and for AAA’s clients. This onsite role in Mobile, Alabama, reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition and Human Resources and requires relocation to Mobile. The recruiter will manage client partnerships, guide candidates through the process, and help build a strong talent pipeline for technical roles.

Compensation

Salary range: $58,000–$65,000 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients to clarify technical hiring needs, including required skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Source candidates through online portals, social channels, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess technical ability, experience, and alignment with client requirements.
  • Evaluate resumes, portfolios, and other documents to determine technical expertise and fit with job descriptions.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of technical professionals to proactively identify potential candidates.
  • Guide candidates through the recruitment process, including interview preparation, negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective communication with candidates and clients.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and client data in the ATS or other recruitment databases.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in technical recruitment.
  • Represent the company at recruitment events, job fairs, and networking activities to broaden the talent pool.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience in corporate, staffing, or related environments (preferred).
  • Some travel is required.
  • Experience recruiting passive candidates in Aerospace, Automotive, Engineering, or Light Industrial industries (preferred).
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems.
  • Professional demeanor with strong communication skills.
  • Sales-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
