Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process from requisition intake to offer and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, craft recruitment strategies, and outline candidate profiles.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social platforms, employee referrals, networking, and additional channels.
• Review resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain clear communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Run behavioral and competency-based interviews to gauge capabilities.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with detailed assessments and recommendations.
• Manage offer preparation, salary negotiations, and pre-employment steps.
• Keep accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Develop and sustain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Participate in employer branding, career fairs, campus recruiting, and networking events.
• Ensure compliance with EEO guidelines and applicable employment laws.
• Track recruiting metrics such as time to fill, quality of hire, and candidate experience.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• 2 to 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, in-house or at a staffing firm
• Experience recruiting for professional, technical, or corporate roles
• Strong sourcing skills and knowledge of recruiting best practices
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms
