Job Description

Atlantic Group is hiring a Recruiter in a hybrid, Waltham, MA role to lead full-cycle hiring and build strategic candidate pipelines.

Responsibilities

Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process from requisition intake to offer and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, craft recruitment strategies, and outline candidate profiles.
Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social platforms, employee referrals, networking, and additional channels.
Review resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interview schedules and maintain clear communication between candidates and hiring teams.
Run behavioral and competency-based interviews to gauge capabilities.
Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with detailed assessments and recommendations.
Manage offer preparation, salary negotiations, and pre-employment steps.
Keep accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Develop and sustain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Participate in employer branding, career fairs, campus recruiting, and networking events.
Ensure compliance with EEO guidelines and applicable employment laws.
Track recruiting metrics such as time to fill, quality of hire, and candidate experience.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
2 to 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, in-house or at a staffing firm
Experience recruiting for professional, technical, or corporate roles
Strong sourcing skills and knowledge of recruiting best practices
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms

Job Description

Xometry is seeking a Contract Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle technical hiring across Technology, Engineering, Product, and Data functions. This six month engagement is a hybrid role based in Waltham, MA, with onsite presence required three days per week.

Engagement details

Location and work setup: Waltham, MA, hybrid arrangement. Contract duration: six months. Onsite requirement: three days per week. Compensation: USD 6,250 to 75,000 per year.

Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, from initial sourcing through to offer delivery.
Design and execute innovative sourcing approaches to identify top talent via job boards, social platforms, networking, and direct sourcing.
Lead in depth interviews to evaluate candidates' technical capabilities, experience, and alignment with the organization.

Requirements

5+ years of full cycle technical recruiting experience in corporate or agency settings.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience managing requisitions across multiple technical disciplines including Technology, Engineering, Product, and Data.
Demonstrated ability to proactively partner with hiring managers to drive the recruitment process.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other social recruiting platforms.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent recruitment projects effectively.
Experience using job boards, targeted sourcing, and other methods to identify candidates.
Knowledge of common human resources practices, employment laws, and government compliance regulations affecting recruitment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
Proficiency with Google Apps and Microsoft Suite.
Ability to work onsite three days per week in the office.
