Recruiter

Element2 Group is growing its recruiting team in Providence, RI (onsite). They seek both entry-level and experienced recruiters who can source candidates actively and passively and maintain strong relationships with current employees. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated professional with experience recruiting across multiple industries, thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit candidates who are actively seeking opportunities as well as those not on the market.
• Maintain a positive rapport with current employees to support retention and collaboration.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a high-volume agency-style recruiting environment or related fields such as hospitality/restaurant or sales-based roles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of HRIS systems and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Ability to manage confidentiality and exercise discretion.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with all levels of management, employees, and external contacts.
• Capability to perform in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to detail.
