Recruiter

Absolute.Jobs is seeking a full-time, in-person Recruiter to support a high-activity, phone-driven hiring environment in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. In this role, you will identify and interview candidates, align them with skilled trade opportunities across the country, and manage coordination and follow-up throughout the hiring process.

Location and Schedule

• Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL (onsite)
• Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
• Work pattern: No nights or weekends

Salary

USD 40,000 - 100,000 per year

Key Responsibilities

• Place outbound calls and connect with potential candidates
• Search job boards and the recruiting database to source talent
• Interview and qualify candidates
• Match candidates with career opportunities
• Coordinate interviews and handle follow-up across the hiring process
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates
• Work toward defined daily and weekly performance goals

You will find qualified candidates, get them on the phone, learn about their background and goals, and connect them with the right opportunities.

• No recruiting experience required; training will be provided
