Entry Level Technical Recruiter role in Jacksonville, FL with ownership of the full recruiting lifecycle and hands-on client partnership.

Act as a strategic partner to clients by sharing market insights, talent trends, and consultative hiring guidance
Review and challenge client requirements when needed, recommending alternative approaches based on market realities and talent availability
Support hiring decisions with data-driven recommendations and an understanding of technical skill sets and market conditions
Independently prioritize and manage recruiting workflows to maintain efficiency, quality, and alignment with business objectives
Use discretion and judgment to identify, evaluate, and present qualified candidates that fit client needs and organizational requirements
Source, attract, and recruit candidates using resources including LinkedIn, Zip Recruiter, Indeed, and Bullhorn
Communicate clearly with candidates on job responsibilities, company culture and operations, and community information
Coordinate end-to-end interview logistics, including scheduling, confirmations, and communication between candidates and hiring teams
Manage contractor and consultant relationships throughout the assignment lifecycle, including performance monitoring, coaching, disciplinary action, and ongoing feedback
Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (Bullhorn), including current candidate information, activity history, and interview summaries

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Proven client-facing experience with strong sociability
Experience with sourcing, qualifying, vetting, and submitting candidates
