Job Description
This on-site role in Provo, Utah, leads end-to-end talent acquisition for ANGEL, focusing on proactive sourcing, robust candidate experiences, and efficient hiring processes. The position offers a yearly salary between USD 60,000 and 69,000 and requires a minimum of two years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for the organization, spanning proactive sourcing, robust talent pipelining, offer discussions, and seamless onboarding.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to engage both passive and active candidates who align with the mission and culture of light.
- Collaborate with hiring managers as a strategic advisor, thoroughly understanding team needs, dynamics, and priorities while delivering proactive guidance.
- Design and manage an efficient, positive, and professional hiring process with strong feedback loops and timely communication.
- Provide a warm, white-glove candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
- Lead intake meetings to define success profiles, craft compelling job descriptions, and align on hiring strategy.
- Offer proactive, data-driven visibility into market trends, compensation insights, and pipeline health.
- Contribute to competitive compensation recommendations and thoughtful offer strategies.
- Monitor, own, and continuously improve key recruiting metrics, including quality of hire, time-to-fill, and candidate experience.
- Enhance onboarding experiences to ensure new hires feel welcomed and prepared from day one.
- Champion strategies to attract, engage, and retain exceptional talent while fostering a culture of light.
- Maintain accurate, compliant, and organized candidate data and records.
- Stay informed on talent acquisition best practices and tools to keep ANGEL at the forefront.
- Support broader People and Culture initiatives with a focus on talent attraction and selection.
- Attend and actively contribute to regularly scheduled team meetings.
Requirements
- A minimum of two years of human resources or talent acquisition experience.
- At least one year of full-cycle recruiting experience is required.
- Previous experience with HRIS and ATS systems is required.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred education and experience: Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field; experience recruiting for creative, media, entertainment, or technology roles.

Work Environment
