Manager, Experienced Talent Recruiting (12-month Fixed Term Contract)

Bain & Co. is seeking an experienced talent recruiting manager to support hiring across the business for Bain AMERs Region office locations. In this 12-month fixed term contract role, you will partner closely with hiring managers and HRBPs while strengthening recruiting processes and improving the end-to-end candidate experience.

This position is based in Chicago, IL (hybrid), with in-office presence required at least 1 day per week. The salary range for the role in Chicago is USD 121,750 - 146,250 per year, with additional compensation details included below.

What You’ll Do

• Recruit for a broad mix of roles across the organization, spanning junior to senior levels, for Bain AMERs Region office locations, including areas such as Finance, Marketing, Operations, and HR
• Serve as a talent advisor to key stakeholders by bringing innovative recruiting strategies to the table
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines using both established channels and new outreach methods
• Deliver a strong candidate experience at every touchpoint
• Develop collaborative, customer-focused relationships with hiring managers and HRBPs
• Provide regular updates on recruiting status to leadership, your supervisor, and HRBPs
• Meet with stakeholders to evaluate how recruiting plans are performing and adjust as needed
• Develop repeatable recruiting processes that streamline the hiring cycle
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date recruitment records in Avature
• Contribute to ETR team projects and support upgrades to shared tools and resources
• Take on additional duties as needed

What You Bring

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in corporate and in-house environments
• An agile mindset who can quickly pick up new functional areas and move smoothly across business functions
• A proven track record in stakeholder management, including the ability to set and manage expectations
• Strong judgment, discretion, and sensitivity, combined with the creativity to adapt to changing needs
• Comfort managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, demanding environment

U.S. compensation information: Placement within the annualized full-time salary ranges will vary based on factors such as experience, education, training, and skill level. For Chicago, the good-faith, reasonable annualized full-time salary range for this role is $121,750 - $146,250. Compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, and the 401(k) plan with an annual employer contribution, along with Bain’s best-in-class benefits package (details listed above).
