Hybrid Recruiter – High-Volume On-Camera Talent (TikTok Live)
Job Description
APS Media Hub Corporation is seeking a Hybrid Recruiter to own the high-volume pipeline for sourcing, screening, and scheduling on-camera TikTok Live talent. This W-2, hybrid role is based in Cypress, Texas, with remote work flexibility and a compensation package that includes a base hourly rate plus per-hire bonuses.
Responsibilities
- Source on-camera talent across Indeed, LinkedIn, Backstage, casting sites, TikTok, Instagram, and local Houston-area groups
- Screen inbound applicants against criteria including on-camera energy, availability, and location
- Schedule and coordinate virtual interviews, with the first stage featuring a live on-camera demo
- Follow up with candidates and manage the pipeline in our ATS to maintain momentum
- Partner with the hiring manager on what is working and what isn’t
- Help refine job ads, screening questions, and outreach scripts as you learn what converts
Requirements
- Experience recruiting high-volume hourly or creative roles (retail, hospitality, sales, content creators, performers)
- Active sourcing skills beyond posting and hoping for results
- Comfortable on the phone and via text, moving quickly through candidates
- Ability to recognize on-camera talent and personality, with room to learn
- Well organized enough to manage 30–60 active candidates simultaneously
- Ability to work independently in a remote role with real ownership

Schedule

What success looks like
- 30 days in: pipeline is full and you can identify strong candidates after shadowing demos
- 60 days in: independently making 4–8 hires per month
- 90 days in: refining the funnel, proposing ad changes, and maintaining high retention of hires
