HR Representative/Healthcare Recruiter

Premier Family Care seeks an HR Representative and Healthcare Recruiter to manage the full lifecycle of healthcare staffing. The role focuses on sourcing and onboarding top healthcare professionals, maintaining compliance, and supporting talent management to drive organizational growth. This position is based onsite in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for healthcare roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates.
• Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies using social media management tools, job boards, cold calling, and relationship management to build robust candidate pipelines.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and craft compelling job descriptions aligned with organizational goals.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit while upholding a high standard of candidate experience.
• Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws, maintain HRIS records (notably ADP), and follow internal policies to mitigate legal risk.
• Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external partners through effective communication, negotiation, and talent management strategies aimed at succession planning and leadership development.

Requirements

• Proven experience in human resources or healthcare recruiting.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms; experience with ADP is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of HR sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build durable relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Experience using social media for recruiting purposes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of healthcare compensation practices.

Compensation

Annual salary range: USD 55,000 to 75,000.
