Benefits and highlights
Onsite in Hinsdale, IL with a competitive hourly rate of $41-$43 per hour. This role leverages ATS/HRIS and AI recruiting tools to manage end-to-end healthcare talent acquisition. You will join a dynamic human resources team focused on strategic staffing to support our organizational growth and objectives.
Responsibilities
- Partner with assigned hiring managers to assess staffing needs, build candidate pipelines, and attract talent aligned with our mission.
- Own the end-to-end talent acquisition process, including recruitment strategy, candidate screening and interviewing, offer extension, and onboarding oversight.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate staffing requirements and plan for attrition, retirements, and new business needs.
- Develop recruitment strategies, build robust pipelines, and ensure programs are fully staffed in a timely manner.
- Screen and interview candidates using behavioral techniques and credential reviews to assess fit and qualifications.
- Prepare and extend offers, manage incentives, and handle counter-offers as needed.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system.
- Stay informed on benefits, incentives, and corporate policies to address applicant inquiries.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, or Business.
- Minimum 3 years of healthcare recruitment experience, including clinical/medical roles (not dental).
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Strong background in healthcare recruiting.
- Extensive experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Experience using AI for recruiting.
- Familiarity with job boards and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Proficiency working with ATS and recruiting CRMs.
