Job Description

Crowe is seeking an Experienced Talent Acquisition Senior Recruiter to lead the full recruitment lifecycle for technically complex roles. This role, based in Livingston, New Jersey with remote work options, partners closely with hiring managers to identify, attract, and evaluate candidates and drive the end-to-end process. The position offers a salary range of USD 65,000 to 128,500 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruiting for intricate technical positions, from initial sourcing through to offer
  • With guidance from the Team Lead, partner with hiring leaders to design and implement effective recruiting strategies
  • Develop a deep understanding of the candidate market within the specialized area and continually learn to evolve into a strategic talent advisor
  • Leverage market intelligence tools (for example LinkedIn Talent Insights) to brief Hiring Managers on candidate trends and adjust tactics to target the right talent
  • Foster a positive candidate experience by delivering timely feedback, updates, and engaging strategies
  • Build and nurture a network through industry contacts, association memberships, past candidates, and current employees, while actively cultivating referrals
  • Demonstrate a strong sourcing background across diverse methods and technologies
  • Maintain accurate data to enable real-time reporting on progress and outcomes
  • Contribute ideas for recruiting process improvements
  • Participate in special projects or task forces as assigned
  • Model Crowe values and promote diversity and inclusion in all recruitment activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • 3+ years of technical recruiting or relevant HR experience
  • Strong multitasking and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to be strategic, adaptable, and proactive in responding to market conditions
  • Experience acting as a trusted Talent Advisor and partner to business leaders to meet shared objectives
  • Consultative approach with proven skill in building stakeholder relationships and meeting or exceeding expectations
  • Excellent communication, organization, and talent assessment capabilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Prior experience with an Applicant Tracking System; Workday experience is a plus
