Responsibilities

  • Build and sustain open communication with candidates, hiring managers, teammates, and business partners to secure top talent for open roles
  • Drive a high volume of candidate flow by leveraging multiple sourcing channels
  • Lead phone screens and oversee the full interview cycle from sourcing to offer, ensuring a smooth onboarding for new hires
  • Record conversations, interview updates, offers, and feedback in Avature, the applicant tracking system
  • Handle onboarding paperwork and disposition of candidates with precision

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of proven full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Strong work ethic with 100% in-office presence
  • Customer-focused mindset

  • College degree preferred
