Responsibilities
- Build and sustain open communication with candidates, hiring managers, teammates, and business partners to secure top talent for open roles
- Drive a high volume of candidate flow by leveraging multiple sourcing channels
- Lead phone screens and oversee the full interview cycle from sourcing to offer, ensuring a smooth onboarding for new hires
- Record conversations, interview updates, offers, and feedback in Avature, the applicant tracking system
- Handle onboarding paperwork and disposition of candidates with precision
Requirements
- 0-2 years of proven full-cycle recruiting experience
- Strong work ethic with 100% in-office presence
- Customer-focused mindset
- Proficiency with the latest recruiting technologies
- College degree preferred
