Seasonal Talent Acquisition Recruiter - Entry Level

As a Seasonal Talent Acquisition Recruiter onsite in Plano, TX, you’ll help bring in talent for both part-time and full-time hourly positions while working closely with the Talent Acquisition Team Manager.

What you’ll do

You will support recruiting efforts by sourcing candidates and moving them through early stages of the process. This includes coordinating outreach, using Workday to manage candidate activity, and completing preliminary phone screen assessments.

• Source applicants for open roles using cold calling, data mining, and external job board searches
• Work within Workday to identify, track, monitor, process, and hire candidates
• Evaluate candidate profiles by conducting preliminary phone screen assessments
• Maintain professionalism and courtesy with applicants through phone, email, and in person
• Document candidate information in Microsoft Excel for tracking, trending, and monitoring

What you bring

• High school diploma and/or equivalency certification (required)
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage competing priorities in a constantly changing environment
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment that requires flexibility and creativity
• Proficiency with internet navigation and web-based programs
• Basic Excel experience
• Comfort using a laptop computer and relevant software
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Previous recruiting or sourcing experience is a plus
