Job Description
Uline seeks a strategic Corporate Recruiter to own high impact searches, partner with hiring leaders, and help grow the workforce while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement proactive sourcing plans to attract top talent, including both active job seekers and passive candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to define requirements, qualification criteria, and ensure offers remain competitive.
- Deliver a standout candidate journey throughout the interview process that reflects Uline’s culture and values.
- Share market and talent insights to shape recruiting strategy and inform decision making at the leadership level.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of recruiting and sourcing top talent.
- Ability to navigate challenges with a driven, positive attitude.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence hiring leaders, candidates, and partners at all levels.
