Drive end-to-end recruitment for finance positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across different seniority levels
Use talent management software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidates and streamline communications
Build and run sourcing strategies using social media recruiting, campus recruitment, and other external channels to attract diverse candidate pools
Perform HR sourcing activities such as cold calling, employee orientation, and employee evaluation to identify top talent efficiently
Coordinate with hiring managers and external partners to understand staffing needs and deliver recruiting solutions tailored to requirements
Maintain hiring-process compliance with employment and labor law, HR legal standards, and internal HR policies
Contribute to training and development initiatives tied to succession planning, high-volume recruitment, and technical recruiting best practices

2+ years of proven full cycle recruiting experience in finance or related sectors, including success in high-volume environments
3+ years in call center recruiting (required)
Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication to engage candidates and close offers confidently
Familiarity with HR systems including Kronos or UltiPro, plus talent management tools and ATS platforms
Knowledge of employment law as it relates to talent management, HR legal compliance, and HR sourcing techniques
