Job Description

On-site Bilingual Construction Recruiter role at Allan Myers, Inc in Fallston, MD, offering USD 70,000–80,000 annually and focusing on sourcing, screening, and expediting interviews for hourly craft talent with an emphasis on passive candidate sourcing.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and fill critical craft roles including Operators, Mechanics, Drivers, and Laborers.
  • Actively seek passive candidates to build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Perform initial phone assessments for craft candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule in-person interviews with candidates, HR, and Operations teams; relay schedules and capture post-interview feedback.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, in-house events, and High School/Trade School events as needed.
  • Help accelerate the interview process by reducing delays, expediting hiring decisions, and maintaining accurate ATS updates.
  • Collaborate with the HR Operations Team to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to new hire.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and align with Allan Myers processes and programs.
  • Provide guidance that reflects Allan Myers values and standards in all interactions.
  • Assume additional duties as assigned to support talent acquisition goals.
  • This is an on-site role based at the regional office.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources preferred.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Recruiting (or related fields) required.
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English, with strong written Spanish communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Willingness and ability to learn new technology systems.
  • Detail-oriented, flexible, highly organized, and able to communicate effectively with leadership, candidates, and operations teams.
  • Professional, positive representation of Allan Myers in internal and external settings.
  • Valid Driver’s License required.
