Recruiter

Concordia Group is seeking an in-office Recruiter in Carol Stream, IL to help build and support hiring for construction and skilled labor positions. This role is focused on full-cycle recruiting, from identifying candidates to coordinating interviews, offers, and onboarding while maintaining a strong candidate experience.

Working onsite, you will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements, then execute recruitment strategies designed to attract qualified talent. The position supports a bilingual Spanish-English workflow and requires experience sourcing and recruiting construction resources, including roles across the field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and secure qualified candidates.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen candidates thoroughly and conduct interviews to evaluate qualifications and fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify staffing needs and job requirements.
• Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations, and coordinate onboarding procedures.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activity.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay current on industry trends and recruitment best practices.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Experience hiring construction resources, including Tower Technicians, Civil Ground Crews, Construction Field Managers, and Construction Project Managers (ideal background).
• Proven ability to source skilled labor roles.
• Comfort managing 15+ active requisitions with priorities that shift weekly.
• Strong sourcing capability, including examples of creative approaches for niche roles and expertise with Boolean searching.
• Experience using Facebook postings and Craigslist for specialized roles.

Compensation

$65,000 - $75,000 per year plus generous commission. Pay may vary based on factors including geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level.
