Job Description

Leoforce seeks an experienced VP of Talent Acquisition for Retail and Corporate on-site in Miami, FL, with a salary range of USD 200,000 to 230,000 per year and reporting to the CHRO.

Responsibilities

  • Design and drive enterprise-wide recruiting strategies aligned with growth objectives.
  • Build scalable talent pipelines across corporate, creative, merchandising, planning, sourcing, marketing, eCommerce, retail, and executive roles.
  • Direct workforce planning initiatives in collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Define and monitor recruiting KPIs, hiring metrics, and performance benchmarks.
  • Strengthen employer brand and deliver a premier candidate experience.
  • Create innovative recruitment marketing programs to attract top talent across multiple channels.
  • Position the organization as an employer of choice in fashion, retail, and consumer products.
  • Advise executives on talent strategy, market trends, compensation insights, and hiring best practices.
  • Collaborate with Talent Management to enable succession planning and leadership development.
  • Lead and coach a high-performing Talent Acquisition team.
  • Cultivate a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee executive search partnerships, agency relationships, university recruiting programs, internships, and contingent workforce initiatives.
  • Manage recruiting technology platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Taleo, Greenhouse, and related systems.
  • Collaborate with immigration counsel and relocation providers to support domestic and international talent acquisition efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition.
  • At least five years of leadership experience managing Talent Acquisition teams and functions.
  • Experience in fashion, apparel, luxury retail, lifestyle brands, beauty, or consumer products industries is required.
  • Proven success directing enterprise-level recruiting strategies in fashion, apparel, retail, lifestyle, beauty, or consumer products sectors.
  • Strong experience in executive recruitment and workforce planning.
  • Demonstrated success building employer branding and talent attraction programs.
  • Experience operating in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Expertise in recruiting analytics, KPIs, and Talent Acquisition technologies.
  • Experience supporting international recruiting initiatives is a plus.
  • Exposure to visa sponsorship, immigration, and relocation programs is preferred.
