Job Description
Support end-to-end recruitment and partial onboarding across headquarters locations nationwide, including select Ports and VPCs, targeting entry to mid-level management roles while tracking recruiting trends and performance metrics.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all headquarters locations.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to improve every stage of recruitment and onboarding.
- Oversee requisition flow and candidate screening, guiding hiring managers and leadership on the process.
- Coordinate with the GUS Recruitment team to oversee full-cycle recruiting for all HQ locations.
- Summarize screening outcomes and advise hiring managers on candidate fit.
- Prepare comprehensive hiring packets and submit them promptly for approval.
- Draft offer letters, collect acceptance, coordinate background checks and arrange drug screenings.
- Identify and attract strong candidates via databases, social media, and other channels; propose marketing tactics.
- Post jobs, source candidates, screen applicants, and conduct interviews (virtual or in-person where applicable) for hiring managers.
- Advise HR and hiring managers on candidate options and fit.
- Offer recommendations to improve hiring policies and practices.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on open positions (weekly to biweekly).
- Distribute new hire announcements to relevant personnel at least one week prior, or immediately in urgent cases.
- Support ATS implementation, ongoing maintenance, user training, and process optimization.
- Collaborate with recruiting and HR to deliver quarterly metric reports to executives.
- Help maintain and update the Recruitment Dashboard.
- Provide ad hoc reporting as needed.
- Attend job fairs and college recruiting events as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to monitor metric data and drive process efficiency.
- Excellent time-management and critical-thinking capabilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Compensation
- Duration: 6 months; Hourly rate: $28.00 per hour, subject to compensation study upon candidate selection.
Working and Environmental Conditions
- Typical office environment with low-level noise exposure.
- Onsite position located in Irvine, CA.
- Communication with employees and field partners primarily via phone and email.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit at a desk or computer for extended periods.
- Repetitive hand use, including gripping, writing, and typing.
- Ability to stand and walk as needed.
