Technical Recruiter

Filevine is looking for a Technical Recruiter to help scale its R&D organization in Software Engineering, Reliability/SRE, QA, and Product Management. In this onsite Chicago, IL role, you will partner with technical leaders to accelerate the product roadmap by building strong, diverse hiring pipelines and running an efficient, candidate-focused process.

What you’ll do

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle for technical roles across Engineering and Product, from intake kick-offs through offer acceptance.
• Source and engage candidates for hard-to-fill technical positions by building qualified, diverse pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and creative outreach strategies.
• Collaborate with engineering managers and leaders to define requirements, align on candidate specs, and set realistic hiring timelines.
• Conduct initial technical screenings to assess candidates’ background, technical domain fit, and alignment with Filevine’s team culture and values.
• Keep the candidate experience moving with responsive communication, clear feedback loops, and accurate tracking in your ATS (Lever).
• Work with hiring managers and HR to structure competitive offers, guide candidates through equity and compensation, and support closing conversations.

What you bring

• 3–5 years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced SaaS, technology, or high-growth environment (agency or in-house).
• Comfort discussing technical concepts, programming languages, frameworks, and modern engineering team structures.
• Experience going beyond inbound applicants through proactive sourcing, engagement, and conversion of prospective candidates.
• Ability to build trust with hiring managers, share pipeline updates, and provide practical guidance throughout the hiring process.
• Capacity to manage multiple active requisitions at once while maintaining quality, organization, and attention to detail.
• Hands-on experience with Lever and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.

Compensation & location

Salary range: USD 80,000 - 120,000 per year. Role is onsite in Chicago, IL.
