Heritage Roofing & Construction is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist onsite in Cedar Park, TX. This role centers on military and sales recruiting, building a robust talent pipeline, identifying high performers, and running recruiting operations with a sales mindset. Compensation ranges from USD 40,000 to 50,000 per year, with a Monday–Friday in‑office schedule in Cedar Park. Responsibilities
- Develop the talent pipeline by actively sourcing qualified candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, social platforms, networking events, military and community outreach, referrals, and targeted recruiting campaigns.
- Identify top performers by conducting 5–10 video interviews daily to assess competitiveness, coachability, communication skills, grit, work ethic, and leadership potential.
- Oversee recruiting operations by keeping the ATS organized and ensuring candidates move smoothly through the hiring process.
- Promote the opportunity to prospective hires.
- Educate candidates about uncapped earning potential, sales career growth, company culture, and advancement opportunities.
- Represent Heritage at career fairs, military transition events, networking functions, and recruiting events to identify future top producers.
