Talent Acquisition Specialist - ABA (BCBA recruiter)

Remote-friendly Talent Acquisition Specialist role in Phoenix, AZ with travel opportunities, a salary range of USD 70,000 - 80,000 per year, and a comprehensive benefits package that supports your well-being. You will recruit BCBAs and ABA clinicians, partner across teams, and manage postings, interviews, and offers from start to finish while contributing to a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner across teams to understand hiring needs and staffing priorities
• Create, manage, open, and close job postings across hiring platforms
• Review applications and coordinate interviews with qualified candidates
• Conduct candidate interviews and evaluate fit for roles
• Prepare and send offer letters to selected candidates
• Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Support recruiting processes to ensure an efficient and positive candidate experience
• Travel to and participate in recruiting events

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed (required)
• Minimum 3 years' experience recruiting BCBAs and filling additional ABA roles
• Administrative experience with strong organizational skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated while collaborating as part of an in-office team
• Enjoy building relationships and connecting with people
