Responsibilities

• Identify, attract, and secure top-tier talent aligned with company strategic objectives and culture
• Apply a strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
• Support positive candidate experiences using exceptional interpersonal skills
• Drive talent acquisition strategies and help ensure hiring goals are met with efficiency and precision

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• One to three years of similar or related experience in human resources or talent acquisition
• Preferred experience within a financial institution or regulated industry
• Experience level: 1 year in similar or related human resources or talent acquisition roles

Education

• Preferred: Bachelors or better in General Studies
