Talent Acquisition and Development Coordinator
Job Description
Join ATBS in Golden, CO onsite to coordinate talent acquisition, training development, and retention programs.
Responsibilities
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to support recruiting workflows
- Screen candidates and coordinate with managers to hire for open roles
- Promote the ATBS employer brand through marketing on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Design and facilitate training programs for new hires and current employees to improve performance and productivity
- Lead the Fun Enforcement team by brainstorming and executing retention strategies, including monthly celebrations and quarterly events
- Support the TAD team with future initiative brainstorming and general administrative duties
- Assist with the Reception Queue to learn clients and employees while supporting world class customer service
- Contribute to the growth and success of ATBS
Requirements
- Progress toward an applicable bachelor’s degree
- Some experience in HR, recruiting, marketing, or education is preferred
- Outgoing personality who thrives in a social environment
- Impeccable organization and strong time management
- Strong interpersonal skills and a full understanding of office etiquette
- Unbridled creativity with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Social media and Google Suite proficiency
- Ability to solve problems creatively and develop innovative solutions
- Curiosity and a willingness to learn
- Enjoys collaborating with others, with excellent communication skills

Pay: USD 21 to 24 per hour
