Job Description

StradIT is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter focused on Information Technology for an onsite contract role in Dallas, TX. This opportunity offers a competitive $40 per hour rate and a chance to influence IT hiring across Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Cloud, Data, AI, and other Enterprise Technology areas. You will partner closely with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to shape recruitment strategy, build robust talent pipelines, and deliver data-driven market insights that inform business decisions. The role emphasizes a positive candidate experience and a trusted partnership with stakeholders to balance business priorities with hiring best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition colleagues to design effective recruitment strategies and staffing plans.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer acceptance.
  • Source, screen, assess, and present qualified candidates for IT roles, including Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Cloud, Data, AI, and other Enterprise Technology positions.
  • Continuously develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Utilize job boards, sourcing tools, applicant tracking system, CRM, and other channels to identify and engage top technology talent.
  • Provide market intelligence and talent insights on availability, competitor activity, market trends, compensation expectations, and hiring challenges to inform strategies.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers by sharing relevant market data and recommendations throughout the process.
  • Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience through proactive communication and follow-up.
  • Act as a trusted talent partner to hiring managers while balancing business priorities with recruitment best practices.
  • Remain knowledgeable about current technology talent market conditions and emerging recruiting trends and sourcing techniques.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional IT recruiting experience, with corporate environment experience preferred; agency background considered a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM, ATS and other sourcing tools to engage and attract talent.
  • Experience using market intelligence and recruiting analytics to guide hiring decisions and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, and offer negotiation skills.
  • Experience recruiting within financial services, technology, or highly regulated industries preferred.
  • Familiarity with current recruitment laws and requirements, including EEO, ADA, and labor relations.
