Job Description

Christus Health offers a full-time, on-site physician recruiter role in Santa Fe, NM, focused on recruiting physicians across multiple locations. In this position you will manage day-to-day candidate sourcing and engage with active and passive candidates, working closely with hospital leadership and cross-functional teams to streamline recruitment and onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

Lead the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement and onboarding for physicians across assigned specialties for CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic.
Collaborate with stakeholders including hospital leadership, human resources, marketing, operations, and compliance to drive process improvements.
Organize interview itineraries and attend interviews as needed.
Partner with the compensation team to ensure competitive salary offers and to negotiate letters of intent and employment agreements.
Represent CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic at nationwide specialty conferences to generate physician leads.
Meet quarterly targets defined in the approved business plan and document activity with logs of contacts, calls, issues reported, and other relevant information.
Coordinate with ministry Physician Recruiters to update dashboard reports weekly before the ministry recruiter report out.
Keep posted positions up to date, updating listings monthly or sooner as needed.
Utilize job boards such as Practice Match, Practice Link, and CareerMD on a weekly basis.
Assist providers with credentialing processes as needed.
Prepare and submit expense reports and handle related administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to travel and work up to 40 hours per week.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Previous physician recruiting experience is required.
Minimum of one year of recruiting experience; healthcare recruiting experience is preferred.
